First snow fall

It happened, I went to bed and when I woke up the next morning the world was covered in a blanket of white. So of course I couldn't go to school in such harsh weather conditions, but I could go on a fun winter adventure with my friends. Had a wonderful time playing in the snow and now I think I am ready for it to stop snowing. It's still coming down though. On the plus side maybe we will have a snow day and finals will be cancelled. We can all wish for a christmas miracle right! And of course this wonderful photography was done by the one and only Michelle.

Berries.

I am especially lucky, I have a sister who is an amazing photographer! It's always a photo-shoot when I'm with her she has such a great eye for beautiful things. These photos where taken as we were on a drive and she just so happen to see these lovely berries off the side of the road so we stopped and had a spontaneous photo-shoot. She truly is talent.

December is here.

So it's been a really long time since the last time I posted (almost a year) but hey I'm repenting and going to be better. You got to start somewhere right. It's the most wonderful time of the year and I'm so excited for it! There is nothing better then the giddy feeling you get around the holidays. No matter how hard life can be the holidays are hard not to enjoy. Can't wait for all the fun Christmas activities to participate in. Today Michelle and I went on a little adventure to our own winter wonderland. Enjoy.

Christmas Eve.

Its Christmas!!! and i love that i get to spend all this time with my favorite little family and friends!! Had a great Christmas eve of sleeping in, trip to Salt Lake, shopping, dancing, movies, and lots and lots of food! Hope everyone is having the most wonderful time of the year!!!

Temple Lights.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!!! Of course we had seeing the Christmas lights at temple square on the list of things to do during the break! Finally finals were done and we had time to do it! Got together with some of my fav people that were still in town and when and saw the beautiful lights. After we got  yummy yummy dinner at my favorite place Cheesecake Factory. The night was perfect we even got a little bit of snow!

Mormon Tabernacle Christmas Concert

I had one of the most wonderful experiences of my life last night! My dearfriend Barbra invited me to go to the Mormon Tabernacle Christmas Concert. Theconcert was AMAZING!!!!! to say the least. The choir was splendid as always andAlfie Boe took my breath away when he sang "Bring Him Home" one of mymost favorite songs, from my favorite musical. Tom Brokaw made me cry with oneof the most touching stories i have ever heard, about the candy bomber. Theconcert was just flawless. To top everything off I was also able to meet EldersOaks, Uchtdorf, Nelson, and Perry. The men are wonderful and i was overwhelmedwith the spirit each of them had around them. To finish the night off we wentto the Perry's home where they offered us soup and ice cream. Elder Perryalso let me know how sensible my purse is and how every women should get one like mine, made me smile. Had a wonderful time laughing and it felt like being at home withfamily and loved ones. This night is everything i needed, and showed me thatHeavenly Father knows me as an individual and really cares about me personally!Couldn’t ask for anything more wonderful during this Christmas season.
