solar eclipse.

Had the awesome experience to see the solar eclipse. not going to lie, at first i was a little disappointed cause i really couldnt see anything, and everything we brought to look at it through, (a burnt jar, boxes, paper) just were not doing it justice. But finally we figured out a system of three sunglasses, and it was AMAZING. so great to be with friends and watch the beautiful creations God has made for us. thanks Johnny for taking great pictures!

Victoria's birthday.

Had a great surprise birthday party for Victoria this week. Worked out perfect, between stalling at the mall to buy time and getting everyone hid. Had some great rap performances by Mitchell, JC, and Sam with back up music by Lucky. Later was followed by some intense night games. It was fun to see friends and celebrate Victoria's first birthday in America. Thanks to all that helped.

Can i just say that i love summer, im in love with it, it happened i  finally fell in love. Summer, i heart you so much. Spent a beautiful day at the park with some of my favorite people. sun was shining and the temperature was perfect. love love love it.

shopping in the city.

i love the city. BAM. i love shopping. i feel like all my wildest dreams came true. they had all of my favorite stores! couldnt get better, and we got to see a lot of street entertainment. i was like a little kid in a candy store. love you chicago.

Chicago pizza.

I was able to experience deep dish pizza. to say it was amazing would be an understatement. Chicago really does have amazing pizza just like everyone told me. mmmmm so yummy.

University of Chicago.

Wow now i know why they call it an ivy league school. so beautiful. lets just say i am a little jealous that delon gets to spend four years of his life at this school. so beautiful. and the perfect fit for him i couldnt imagine him anywhere else. one example uchicago got voted school most like hogwarts, they are put into houses, their dinning hall looks exactly like the one in harry potter and they sit at there house tables when dinning. did i mention that they have a quidditch team?  perfect little school. went on the tour with our cutest little tour guide, ryan, and just loved every moment of it. new goal grad school in chicago? ...big possibility!

Finally made it to Chicago....and can we say love!!!!! i love all the lights all the building, and at night it looks so magical. yup i was born to live in the city. Can't wait to come visit delon here allllllllllll the time!!!

I've always wanted to see mount rushmore and i finally did, its not as large as i thought it would be, but the detail on it was incredible, well worth the trip!

Sheridan Wyoming.

Time to visit Grandma and Grandpa!!!! Got to spend the day with grandma shopping down cute little main street. It was great to see the little shops and buy great things! Grandma even got a beautiful new hat for the Red Hat Society. Always so wonderful to be with family.

Little bighorn.

Got to visit Little Big Horn, where Custer had his last stand against the Indians. Wore my hair in a braid to rep my indian-ness. It was great, beautiful sunny day and an educational experience.
